Values that guide me.

Three words that describe the qualities that I cultivate in my massage therapy practice are “Attentive”, “Intentional”, and “Kind”. Here’s why I value each of these qualities.

Attentive - So, to pay attention. Isn’t that what it’s all about? Feeling. Noticing. Observing. Seeing. This is how I get my information.

Intentional - When I’m applying a massage technique it’s with a specific outcome in mind. An outcome that orients you in the direction you’re trying to go.

Kind - To treat you kindly, and to treat your body kindly.

The way that my massage feels is a product of these values. I want to hold my values while I work in a way that’s comfortable and consistent (for me and for you) for the duration of our session.
