  • Late cancellation policy

    I allow changes and cancellations without penalty up to 36 hours prior to your appointment start time. You can make the change yourself online.

    However, once you are within 36 hours of your appointment start time, you must contact me (text, email, voicemail) to change or cancel your appointment. All late cancellations incur a fee of $50 ($55 starting October 1st), which can be paid online. Please note I do not make exceptions for first occurrence, emergencies or sickness.

  • Sick policy

    Sorry, but I will not massage you if you’re sick (even if you’re okay with it).

    So if you’re feeling sick (including common cold) please cancel your upcoming appointment online, or notify me by text, email or voicemail. You can reschedule your appointment once your symptoms have cleared up. The late cancellation fee does apply to appointments cancelled within 36 hours of appointment start time. If you arrive to your appointment sick, I will ask you to leave, and bill you a fee equal to the full session price.

  • Mask optional

    Masks are not required for clients. I always wear a disposable mask during the hands-on portion of your session. I’m glad to wear a mask for the entire duration of your appointment if you arrive wearing one, or ask me to.

  • Arrive on time to get full treatment time

    Please let me know if you are running more than 5 minutes late (text, email, voicemail). To receive your full treatment time, you must be available at the session start time. If you arrive late, you will receive the remaining time available in your session, i.e. if you arrive 10 minutes late, your session time will be reduced by 10 minutes.

  • Let me know if you can't make it

    Please let me know if you are unable to make it to your appointment before your appointment starts (text, email, voicemail). See late cancellation policy.

    If you cancel after your appointment starts, or don’t show up to a scheduled appointment you will be billed a fee equal to the full session price. Please note I do not make exceptions for first occurrence, emergencies or illness.

  • Stay home when roads are unsafe

    Here’s an exception to my late cancellation policy. Please read carefully.

    When recent (started within the last 48 hours) snow/ice fall make it unsafe for you to travel to your appointment let me know (text, email, voicemail) and I will cancel your appointment at no charge. The important detail here is recent snow/ice fall.
