Welcome to Sandpiper Massage
It brings me joy to have a quiet space where people come to settle down, and get into their bodies. My contact feels gentle and I work slowly with medium pressure. I am present and attentive to the rhythm of your breath. If you think this might be of value to you, let’s start working together.

Environment
My treatment room is ready for you. I keep it clean, uncluttered and warm. Let me know how else I can help you find comfort while you’re here.
-
Therapeutic Relationship
Healing happens in relationships. I listen to understand, observe without judgement, and encourage open communication.
-
Person-centered Care
We’ll plan the session together. The care you receive is rooted in choice and consent.

Knowledge and Skills
Biopsychosocial approach with a special interest in how persistent pain and tension relate to anxiety, hypermobility, and trauma.
Therapeutic Massage
My massage therapy practice is located on the Edmonds waterfront next to the Edmonds Waterfront Center.
I offer slow pain-free myofascial massage in a quiet chit-chat-free setting to help you settle down, and get into your body. If you are interested in reading more about my services and areas of interest click here.
Your total appointment time is 15 minutes longer than your massage, which allows us to have a short conversation before the massage starts. I begin every session with a question like “Do you have an idea of what you’d like to do today?”. You’ll help me understand your intention and the areas you would like me to work on, and we’ll make a plan for the session. I’m open to receiving input about your experience at any time.
Credit, debit, mobile payments, and Venmo accepted. FSA and HSA accepted (check your benefits). Insurance not accepted, however Superbill provided upon request.
